All Ernest SOULARD ducks are reared in open air enclosures situated in close proximity to L'Oie in the Vendée.
Two breeds are used; Barbary, (male & female) and the Mulard (males for the fois gras).

Tracability

From the egg, Ernest SOULARD controls all aspects relating to the duck production process : hatching, rearing, feeding, processing and packaging.
